CLAIMS AGAINST MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT

Constituency Challenges to MPs

Every one of Zimbabwe’s 210 Members of Parliament has been served with a constitutional challenge by a registered voter in their own constituency. The filings put each MP on individual notice that voting for CAB3 — without the referendum required by Section 328 for entrenched provisions — exposes them to legal action in their own name. Sample filings are published below as evidence of the campaign.
